Complimentary Specialist Consultation & Cost Estimate
- Patients are required to share their latest medical reports via email to [email protected]. Within 48 hours, the International Patient Centre (IPC) team will provide a proposed treatment plan, estimated costs, and expected length of stay for the patient’s consideration.
Complimentary Airport Transfers
- 2-way transfer between KLIA1/2, Penang International Airport, Senai Airport, or Kota Kinabalu International Airport and hospital/hotel.
- Requires minimum 3 days’ advance arrangement and confirmed medical appointment.
- Upon confirmation of the appointment, patients are required to share their flight details with the Contact Centre to facilitate transfer arrangements. Driver and vehicle details will be provided closer to the travel date.
