Pre-Arrival & Visa Planning
- Short Visits (Check-ups/Consultation): No. Most international patients may enter on a standard Social Visit Pass (Tourist Visa).
- Long-Term Treatment (>30 Days): For patients requiring intensive care (e.g., Oncology, Kidney Transplants, or Burn treatment), we facilitate medical e-Visa applications through the Malaysia Healthcare Travel Council (MHTC).
- Yes. As an elite MHTC partner, our patients receive prioritized arrival services.
- How to book: Please contact our Premier Lounge at least 3 working days prior to your arrival.
- The Experience: An MHTC officer will greet you at the aerobridge at KLIA and escort you through a dedicated medical immigration lane.
- A valid passport (with at least 6 months' validity).
- Printed medical reports and X-rays (in English).
- Your Appointment Confirmation Letter (Digital or Printed), which is essential for immigration verification.
Arrival in Kuala Lumpur (Airport Logistics)
- Distance: Approximately 58 km.
- Estimated Travel Time: 50–60 minutes via the MEX Highway. Please note that traffic on Jalan Tun Razak and Jalan Kia Peng can be heavy during peak hours.
- KLIA (Terminal 1): Level 1, Door 3 or 4.
- KLIA 2 (Terminal 2): Level 1, Transportation Hub (follow signs for "E-Hailing").
While we do not operate a scheduled shuttle, we provide complimentary return airport transfers for our Inpatients, Daycare, and Health Screening patients.

Please proceed to the Health Screening Centre on Level 1.
- Please fast (no food, only plain water) for 8–10 hours before your appointment.
- Results: We specialize in same-day results. If your screening is completed by 11:00 AM, your doctor will review the comprehensive report with you between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM that afternoon.

- Procedure: Before admission, please visit the International Premier Lounge (Ground Floor) to verify your Guarantee Letter (GL).

- Digital/Online: We accept Alipay, JomPay (Biller Code: 17475), and Flywire.
- The Prince Court Advantage: To ensure maximum privacy and comfort, all patient rooms are single-bedded.
